Osaki Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse

Disappointed used to be our favorite restaurant in Erie. Rude people, didn't get sushi before our dinner so ask for it to go with extra wasabi got home no ginger or wasabi, fried rice was burned, we had four people and they added the tip for us.
Just overall unsatisfactory.

Placed an order to go and the host that helped me and took my order was very friendly and helpful. After my order was placed I went to wait in my car but I must have lost track of time because the host came out to find me and give me my food! I ordered a couple of sushi rolls and they were very good and not too expensive either. I will definitely come back for more!

Waited around 15 minutes with a party of four when we first entered the restaurant without seeing a single employee to even ask if they had tables available, to only have someone come out and say that it was a 25-30 minute wait. So we waited on the couch, only to be vaguely motioned over to a dirty table by someone with menus. It took about an hour after we were seated for our food to be brought out. The server we had was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, he made several sexual comments and jokes to my girlfriend, making everybody at the table very uncomfortable. I will not be coming back here ever again.

The food was great, but the service was excellent! Staci our waiter was top notch! Thank you

Horrible customer service...that's all I can say. Didn't get a chance to rat there, so I can make any comments about the food.
