Spot on, best Hibachi Ive ever had

I got lunch pork and katsu bento box. She got sushi/sashimi lunch and eel avacado roll. Shumai in bento box were superb. Katsu dipping sauce was delicious. All food was great. Server, not so much. Food showed up before hot tea. And also had to ask for water numerous times after food showed up. Would I come back, yes, but need different server.

The ambiance was comfortable and up-scale. I was seated promptly and my waiter came quickly to take my order. I asked for miso soup, seaweed salad, a large sake, surf clam, octopus, eel, and flying fish roe. The miso soup was outstanding as was the seaweed salad, which originally came out as a house salad, but quickly replaced. The tako was tasty with a good tooth, but a bit over-cooked. This was the same for the hokigai. The tobiko was excellent! Very fresh; and for the first time ever I ate the cucumber boat. The unagi was delicious, creamy, delicate... I wish I had ordered more. All in all an excellent meal. They also have several tappenyaki grills the, from the sounds coming from the separate room, was quite a show. I may try that on my next trip to Erie.

We order from Meadville at a local doctors office an although they do not open until 11:00 they always answer their phone early, take our order and have it ready to be picked up for delivery in time for our lunch. Not to mention the superb food and wonderful portions.

I enjoyed myself there with my family the food was good first time going and I enjoyed my birthday

The quality of the meat in the teriyaki chicken I ordered was abysmal, I couldn't eat more than a few pieces. For $20 a plate I'd like to be served chicken that's at least edible
