Great sushi. Didnt give 5 stars only because they are pricey.

Food and service was awful. After being seated waited over an hour to place our order another 45 minutes for a chef to come out to prepare it. Had no flavor..chef had no skills. Was boring to watch.tables that were seated after us were served waited on and meals prepared before ours..complained several times. Mentioned it was my husband's birthday brought in a bday cake was never brought out no body bothered to come out and even say happy birthday let alone sing happy birthday. Or bring out a piece of our pre bought cake.paid over ,$100.00 for a meal that was truelly awful I brought it home and my dogs wouldn't even eat it. Like I said Mentioned it several times while there nothing taken off of my bill. Left a note on my bill with my phone number and still have heard nothing. Was the worse service we have ever had there.it will be a very long time before we return if we ever do..that...

Recently moved to Pennsylvania from California and it’s been hard to find a Hibachi restaurant that even compares to the ones out there. We found this place (Osaki) and definitely the food is just AMAZING if not better. We have been here about 15 times and the food has been so great each time. Unfortunately today we made the decision not to return. We called to see what the wait time was and were told there was absolutely no wait. We got there within 3 minutes and had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. And then, after enjoying our food and getting the receipt, we noticed there was a gratuity already added of 18%. We never had that happen before. We are a family of 7... 2 adults and 5 children, we always order a lot of food (spending about $170) but tip 15%-25% depending on the service of course. Never will come where again. Had to wait over an hour for food and it was nasty. Not like all the other hibachi places I been too.
