Excellent food

A friend and I were a bit peckish and stopped in for a bite yesterday. We were honestly very impressed. After a day of not catching a single fish in the great lake we were disappointed, but had to eat. The hibachi was incredible, the management went above and beyond our wildest expectations. The place was super clean and inviting and the food, especially the steak was tender, cooked to perfection, and fresh! Most places do not try to surpass quality standards like this and I will tell you that I did not expect a five star dining experience in what I thought was a run-of-the-mill shopping complex. The atmosphere and friendliness of the manager lifted our spirits after a losing battle with the water. I will be back, and I will bring friends and colleagues to enjoy this gem with me! Thank You!

Manager was very attentive and great. We attended for a small birthday party for my son and I was honestly surprised by the quality of the food and the staff here. Would recommend for small or large gatherings. Hibachi beef was cooked correctly. Not too rare, not too well done. It was a blast and I thank you!

The chicken? Dry.
The salmon? Dry.
The cook? Lifeless.
The tea? Very watery.
The salad? Very watery.
The hostess? Seemed annoyed for having to be there.
The rice? Very tasty. But it's also just rice so...

I ordered a sashimi regular and a California roll and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The sashimi said it came with white rice which it did not and the salad that came with it was brown and wilted. The California roll was on par with any gas station sushi you may find, not what I expected from an upscale Japanese steak house. We called to voice our concerns and it barely received an apology let alone doing anything about it. Needless to say I would leave it ZERO stars if I could and we will never give them out business again.
