Osaki Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse

The Bad: Main course was brought 25 mins before appetizers. Food [except the tom yum soup] lacked taste altogether. Waiter was rather curt & missing in action for the most part. Despite all this, they had the audacity to charge 20% automatic gratuity!

The Good: Great ambiance. Tom yum soup was not the worst. Host [not the waiter] was nice.

The waitress was the most absolute sweet person ever. & the chef was so great. the food was astonishing. i was very pleased. the bathroom was EXQUISITE.

Assisted in a timely manner, waitress was very pleasant and kind getting our drinks and food and always checked to see if we needed anything. Food was excellent and drinks were even better!

My little family was hungry and didn't know where to go eat. Chose a place but were having to wait 30 mins, which was fine.. So we decided to drive around in the meantime and saw Osaki wasn't too busy. I hadn't been there since it was Aoyama. We decided to go there instead and took ourselves off the wait list to the other restaurant. Back when it was Aoyama, I'd only gone twice and wasn't too impressed. Last night I got Beef Ramen and it was delicious! Everything was really good and the waiter was very friendly! He wasn't as attentive as he could have been and forgot my fiancés beer but we noticed he had a lot of tables so we understood.
This was a great choice and I'm glad we went here instead of the other place we were going to eat! Food was very filling ! I believe we found our new regular place to go 🙂

It was great loved it will go again me and my son I had steak and chicken and he had steak and shrimp

Was awesome! The whole family had a fun and great experience! Everyone there was friendly, food tasted wonderful! We will going again!
