Osaki Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse

Osaki is always great! They need more servers but make it up with great food and service!

We ate in the dining room instead of at the hibachi table. Food quality earned 5 stars. But service and presentation earned only 3 stars. The experience is important - and it would be worthwhile to improve the presentation table side. Plastic and marred furniture do not cry out "fine dining."

This Osaki restaurant served UN-fresh food caused me serious food POISONING, and my grandson Diarrhea. We had salmon in common.
The only Waitress was so lazy , dirty plates piled up, left us no elbow room. Not ONCE she checked on us while she kept busy reading her phone. She forgot soup and salad , served main dishes first. She seemed the only waitress in this restaurant.
Very Bad service ! but she put 18% tips, $36 directly on the bill without my decision. Be aware of this . Ask for item receipt, not only bill to avoid DOUBLE tipping.

Last time the food didn’t taste good (2021/11), all meats were rough. This time ( 2022/8) was even worse. BAD , Sickening Food and no Service, do NOT try this one! I won’t go back.

Food was ok but waiter was unfriendly

We went to dinner for my Daughter's birthday and we had a great evening. Good service. Food was amazing- cooked perfectly and delicious! Our Chef Glen was fantastic. SO much food! Will definitely go back.

Food isn’t that great, always messing up my order and the people here are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Friends took me there for my birthday. It was excellent, everything was fresh, fast, and delicious 😋

Osaki offers great food and a great hibachi experience. Our chef was professional and efficient. Unfortunately they lose points in the service and menu area. Upon visiting we were given menus that have cut 3/4 of their old one. I understand Covid but we were upset that some of our favorites were not present anymore. The service besides our chef was mediocre. Our waiter never refilled any of our waters and our sushi took nearly 20 minutes to come out. And did so after half our meal was prepared.
