Osaki Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse

Party of 9 with a 7pm reservation. Arrived at 6:45 and at 8:15 still not seated. Stood at the bar the entire time trying to get a round of drinks to enjoy our wait together. Nope, that never happened either. When questioning why, the manager told us if we don't like it we can leave. The staff and manager were completely unprofessional, unapologetic and downright rude. So many other people were unhappy and leaving as well. The family waiting next to us had a 6:30 pm reservation and were still waiting. As we're walking out the manager is clapping and the hostess is laughing. On our way out there is a fight going on, a woman and her boyfriend are rolling around on the ground punching, kicking and screaming at each other because she was way overserved and drunk trying to drive. The staff couldn't have cared less. Apparently that was funny too. Was our 1st attempt going there and...

Absolutely terrible service!!
Absolutely terrible management!! Hostess was nasty. I gave 1 star because that was my only option. Zero wasn't a choice. Reservation for 9 people for bday. Was there a half hour early and still waited another hour and a half. Couldn't get a drink at the bar to even enjoy our wait. 1 bartender on a Saturday and a manager who was to good or maybe to clueless to get behind bar and help someone out. Too many fabulous dinner choices in erie to be treated the way we were. Never did get sat or get to eat. Went somewhere else.

We had a reservation tonight for 7pm and waited over an hour and still didn't have a table. We also couldn't get any drinks as the only bartender in the place was so overwhelmed with orders from the wait staff. After approaching the manager and his unprofessional behavior we left. As we were leaving there were people literally fighting in the entrance hallway. Never going back again.

The service was completely terrible. My whole family waited for 2 hours even though we had a reservation at 7 and they kept seating peolke as they walked in. We finally talked to the manager and he was so disrespectful and the person that seats you. And on top of all that there was 2 fights happening in the lobby. Absolutely terrible place and do not recommend

Absolutely horrible!! I was a party of 3 and we ordered hibachi and sushi. All of the food tasted funny and could not understand why. When speaking with the manager, he stated that he knew we would be a problem because we requested a table instead of a booth due to medical issues. The soup was ok. Will not return.

Came in on a dead Monday afternoon and was seated near the waterfall display. The restaurant smelled like something unpleasant, but I’m not sure what (I can only compare it to animal urine, but there were no animals.) We ordered some vegetable sushi, and waited a fairly long time for our orders. My order was forgotten, and by the time I was served, the rest of my party was finished. Floor underneath our table was sticky and unclean. Table top surface also felt very unclean. Food was average. My husband enjoyed the peanut avocado rolls. They’re very stingy with the soy sauce. Not worth the $125 bill. Very disappointed and will not return.

Usually I have no problems with this restaurant. Tonight my family was seated next to the fountain in the dining area, not the hibachi room. While the lights and water can be nice, the mold or algae visible on the fountain was not. It needs scrubbed. I ordered the Beef Soba noodles which were quite good, until I pulled a hair out of my mouth. (My hair was pulled back and also a darker color, so it wasn't mine) I had to wait about five minutes for our waitress to return to tell her I would like a new plate made up. Also I had drank all my water and was thirsty. Thankfully my water got refilled and my (new I hope!) Plate of noodles tasted good and I enjoyed it. I am just a bit skeptical about coming here again anytime soon.
