My sister recommended Orlys to my mom for window coverings. She was uncomfortable with the help she received at the big box stores, so I took her to the shop. We were greeted by Cheryl, and my mom just gave me that relieved look. I knew right then we had made the right choice in going there.
The in-home experience was just as nice. We pretty much knew what we wanted, but she brought a sample box, so we were positive with our choice. Cheryl is confident and knowledgeable and answered all our questions as she measured. Very pleased with our price quote. Ed, the installer came to confirm the measurements and he made my mom feel very comfortable with his expertise. The actual install was quick and smooth and my mom couldn’t be happier! The blinds are beautiful and I really appreciated the time and kindness shown to my mom. Thank you!!

I would have appreciated more/better communication. I explained budget and was told it would be within that and it exceeded it. Paying that much and not having temporary blinds installation being included is a bit ridiculous. I don't know that I'd suggest this service to anyone unless they were as desperate as I was to have it be done. Grateful to hopefully never do it again.
