I ordered custom drapes from Orlys for my retail business - the sales team was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the best fabric, hardware, and construction for the location and function of the high traffic area. I was pleased with how many fabric and finish options I had to choose from. The craftsmanship was beautiful - I could not have gotten this level of quality and durability online. The office team was prompt and responsive and provided frequent order updates during the process. I had a tight turnaround request due to my shop opening and they were able to process my order, make the curtains, and have them professionally installed within 8 days - highly recommend!

Bad service, arrogant attitude, dubious price, wrong amount! After too times conversations, they still do as they want to send wrong information to Costco and Graber Blinds.

Costco parter- Graber Blinds 2 shade products were lost by Orlys, but the total amount still included them,not updated. What is it to Graber and Costco? Good service? It is totally awful to customers! Can we continue to trust Costco and its parter?

Awful service! Confusing price! Ordering 17 shades came in 15 shades, lost 2 shades, but the total still be same. After conversations, they can’t update and continue to confirm to Costco and Graber.

I always expect that anything I do with a third party vendor through Costco will be first class experience. That was clearly the case with Orlys Interiors.
