Danielle, Jackie and Lily with Orchestrate have been exceptional in their service to our marketing department. Technology comes with issues, that's often unavoidable; but to know you have a dedicated team that gets back to you so quickly and takes the time to walk you through how to understand the issue after it's been fixed is what sets them apart. Their communication to our team and the extra level of service that have provided has really made a difference to our productivity. We highly recommend Orchestrate for a companies technology needs.

The EACC started working with Orchestrate as we transitioned to a virtual operation and we have been very satisfied! Staff is always very responsive and easy to reach. Staff members have also been proactive about reaching out to us to help us understand new programs or services that might benefit our organization (not in a pushy sales kind of way). It's nice to know we have solid IT support when it comes to day-to-day operations and when it comes to one-off items like procuring new laptops.
