I would give Zero stars if I could. Shaniqua has yet to provide the IRS accepted number. She provided a submitted number but no acceptance number. The IRS nor any other tax advisor can find it either. I’ve been calling since last year and I’ve also been very patient while went through labor. But enough is enough. Please be warned. I tried to support a black owned business but this is the thanks I get. We were even denied a much needed eidl loan because there are no tax records as 2019 was our first year in business. It’s very sad that I have to take legal action to get our filing fee returned. My receipts are posted to images!

Horrible customer service! This business is all about making money, but when it comes to dealing with their customers, excellent customer service is last. If you reach out to the owner Shaniqua to get status updates, don’t expect to get a response. She won’t even acknowledge that the message was received. I have a couple friends who have dealt with this firm and have experienced the same horrible customer service and will not be using this company again. I would highly NOT recommend. Also, if you plan on getting your taxes done by this company expect to be charged $500 or more. At least that was my experience.

I would definitely recommend Opulence Financial Group. I learned so much about taxes and bookkeeping practices from Shaniqua. She knows her stuff and gives a lot of value.
