I hired a broker so that I would not have to become an expert and that my best interests would be taken into account. I am disappointed with the experience as a whole . Very disorganized and in turn costs us money. If you are looking for a finder only perhaps they fit the bill but do not expect great customer service or expertise even though they have been in business for several years.
