From phone contact to appointment the support staff couldn’t be more helpful and amicable. It was my first visit with Dr. Hanna that day. Having worked three decades at NYH- Cornell, H.S.S. and Sloan-Kettering, it’s easy for me to state that Dr. Hanna “Fits right in w the ‘Cream of the crop’ of America. “ Her countenance includes a professionalism and congeniality that will put anyone at ease. I highly recommend a visit to the above. PS: I’ve researched her academic and clinical background and it suggests that Hanna, M.D. presented years ago on Staten Island as well accomplished and carrying an excellent skill set. MMcL

My wife and I met Dr. Hollins for the 1st time this past week..Wonderful and friendly, listens and explains. Staff has changed a bit (or at least it seems). Very friendly attitudes and interpersonal skills. Wait time has been cut drastically. Feels like appointment management has improved 100%. It was only our 1st visit to the new system since Dr Kramer retired. Hope it carries on from this experience.
