Doug did a great job cleaning our carpets and 4 large area rugs. He even got out some stains that we had tried stain removers on. Doug and Debby are very conscientious and focused on doing good work. Doug called two days later to make sure everything looked good and that the stains came out, and even told me that if the stains return to let him know and he will take care of them.
