Excellent.
We used this service for cigarette smoke mitigation in a new home purchase. The smell was bad (to me). Unfortunately, seller painted over cigarette walls and installed new carpet, just to keep smoking during the transaction. The smell was very bad IMHO. We had several companies come out for estimates, and most said they could not guarantee they’d get the smell out with typical ozone treatment. Then we met Doug. He immediately advised that ozone was not the correct treatment for our needs, since walls were painted over and new carpets were smoked on. He’s the only one who recommended an alternative product, vapor gas, to combat tough odors in our new home.
Doug was on time, with great communication. He was courteous, even brought bin my Amazon packages. And 4 days later … zero smell. I am so thrilled with this treatment I want to announce from the mountain... Read more >
