I have a non-smoking rental space that was abused by a medical marijuana smoker. The entire space including furniture, pillows, comforters, etc wreaked of smoke. Doug is an extremely respectful professional who was able to respond immediately and take care of the space. I was skeptical of the results he was guaranteeing, but the smoke smell was 100% gone in 12 hours. There was a mild lingering smell of chlorine (less than an indoor pool) for a few days, but that dissipated on its own. I had Doug come in to do a carpet repair and spot clean where one of the dogs had scratched at the carpet by the door and then peed in the room as well. Doug was very professional, he did a great job on the patch and cleaning, and he even offered me a little discount since it was such a small job and I had just been laid off (there's typically a minimum charge no matter how small the job is so it was a very nice gesture). Doug really is the best. His communication is perfect. The rugs are extremely clean-cleaner than we ever thought they could be again with 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 klutzy humans running around the house. He also leaves you with a container of spot cleaner, which works better than anything I’ve ever brought to the store. The prices are extremely fair and he’s a really nice person. Give him a shot!
