I have used Doug numerous times over the years to clean our carpets. Having kids and dogs and living in the mountains, we tend to be tough on our carpets. Great customer service.. They came out quickly. Carpets nice and clean. A little more expensive than I thought it would be but we live up in Echo Hills, CO so probably the drive up.
