TLDR: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 all around - amazing company with amazing people, very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I have never had such a positive experience when working with a company. For starters, the communication was amazing - I know absolutely nothing about carpets, they did such a good job explaining the process to me that I felt as though I was an expert myself. When the day of my appointment came around, I received real time updates regarding their time of arrival.

Once they got down to business and began pulling the carpet back, it became apparent that the problem was significantly worse than I anticipated - immediately my heart dropped, as a broke college student I was on a tight budget and desperate to get my carpet fixed.
