We had four different floor coverings replaced with beautiful vinyl tile planks throughout our home in August and it has transformed our home to one we enjoy very much. Santos and Daryl are an excellent crew that treated our job as though they were working on their own home. They are customer oriented, communicate well, knowledgeable about different flooring products and proper installation. In November our home's water line busted and it damaged the walls and flooring of our Masterbedroom, and both bathrooms.  The entire  home's flooring was ruined.

We were assigned by our insurance company to the Oliveira's.
We were nervous and feared if they'll come through for us. We decided to stay with them from start to end. We worked with Austin during the assesment. Our home had so much water damage. He was thorough every step of the way making sure nothing in our home was left unnoticed.
Makenna office manager was always readily available for us. She was just a phone call away working directly with my insurance company. We never had to call our insurance company once. She handled all the paperwork and all the time consuming phone calls, what a relief.

Never required emergency service before. My first floor flooded from my ice maker . Oliveira’s entered my home within 30 minutes of a phone call. They acted quickly to stop the damage. They were able to answer questions my insurance company seemed unable to. Their employees were also courteous, polite and understanding. The workmanship was excellent according to our renters. The only problem we had was a minor one with communications in a timely manner. Since we were the landlords, it was probably more difficult to get direct communication because what was communicated to our renters may not have always been communicated to us. They did a great job and I’m thankful they were reasonable. Now I would like them to visit and show me carpet samples for my other house.
