Steve did a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed list of everything that needed attention prior to closing. His report was clear and concise with pictures and recommendations for action that needed to be taken. I'm very satisfied with his service.

Quality inspection company. I like their online portal which allowed me to pay and prep on my own before the inspection. After the inspection I used the portal to send a question and I got a call back a few hours later. Two thumbs up.
