For the most part, I thoroughly appreciated Ocean Movers. One thing that took me back was ( the person in charge), he informed me that he was not going to assist in the moving unless I paid extra. I was not prepared for this. I’ve never experienced a crew showing up and having to pay extra for everybody to jump in. On a very positive note, I have a very sentimental SHIPS wheel (belonged to my late husband ) that somehow got damaged in the move and one of its beckets was completely missing. I was devastated. I called the company to inform them and they went over and beyond to find the missing Beckett. It was located and the company had it delivered directly to my door. Other than that, I would highly recommend and rehire this company for any future moves I may have!

The move was done professionally and timely. It took longer than expected but nothing was broken or missing.

But, like all moves ensure someone from the owner’s side is watching to assist in the placement of furniture and other items. If not the move could take longer than expected.

Having said the above I would use this company again.
