My house was a dog hairy, dusty mess and I had guests coming. I agreed to pay $400 for a deep clean from OCD.
She was several hours late and did not call to let me know. She left oven cleaner dripping from my oven onto the floor, dog hair and grass on my bathroom floor and obvious muddy dog prints in my kitchen.
I took pictures of some of the issues and sent them to the manager requesting to be charged for a regular clean instead of a deep. Because some of the work was done well this seemed fair. It was NOT the $400 job I paid for. They would redo the job in a few days not adjust the invoice.

Kathleen, When we received the message @ 7:30pm after the appt and I replied by 8:00pm that we would be happy to send someone in the morning. When we called you @ 8am you declined to have anyone back in your home. I also offered you a standard cleaning free for your whole downstairs and per your messages you would not allow anyone back in the house from OCD.
