10/10 would recommend! I was quoted 2x the amount I paid them by a different company! This team came out and inspected my issue and very quickly came up with an out of the box solution because I have an out of the box problem. They accommodated my budget and even offered a payment plan! The people who came out were very fast and did not act like it was a hassle to do the job like the previous company had. I will be using this service for any and all plumbing needs.

Excellent service

Now Service Pros were prompt and courteous when repairing my HVAC. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. I got a whole new combo unit and all new metal duct work due to a racoon destroying the existing ducts.

There are cheaper options, but the adage, "you get what you pay for" rings true. They came in at their estimate even though some surprises came up.

My air conditioning was leaking into my laundry room floor when I bought my house. I needed a repair man called these guys and the air conditioning guy was top notch and my a/c was fixed the same day! I highly recommend these guys.

My water heater busted on a Friday during the cold snap we had and these guys were out first thing Monday morning. Got a new water heater and the process was easy! Thank you guys so much!

The company from which I purchased a new toilet quoted a price for delivery, installation, and disposal of the old one. Later, when I bought it, they didn't include the disposal of the old toilet in the order. Calling back, they said they don't do that. I was distraught. Calling Now Service Pros, Stephanie said they dispose of the old as standard operating procedure. As a result, I asked them to come back to do a plumbing repair. I'm quite pleased with Now Service Pros.

I don’t know what to tell you but I always have good experiences with Service Pros always they do a great job I remember one day that Josh came over for electric he fixed but we didn’t have electricity to see is it working it was electrical for the dishwasher and finally electricity came on and I saw is fixed that was amazing and one thing that it messed my water sink up I called Stephanie told that and I found out that the Lowe’s guy did that I called the Lowe’s and the guy told me that he messed up the plumbing in kitchen sink so he fixed and installed the dishwasher and I called Stephanie to explain and apologise for so I’m very happy with service pros the good working guys they have Josh Poe and Marty I recommend the Service Pros they are the best service providers in West Virginia and all over here I will give them 100% excellent customer service 👑👑👑👑🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️
