You diagnosed me with a pinched nerve in my neck when it was a sinus infection!!!! U had me come in twice in one day !!!! And charged me for something I didn’t need !!! I was then admitted to the hospital for a mager sinus infection . And was given a antibiotic and was feeling better the next Day!!! Y

If I could leave a no star review, I would. I had recently moved to Watertown when I went to Northern Lights with excruciating back pain that I needed relived immediately. I could barely walk I was in so much pain. Instead of helping me, they instead made me sit through an hour long presentation where they tried to sell me more services than I needed. I was then taken into an office with one of the “doctors” where I was pressured to sign up for an extended treatment plan that would have cost me upwards of $5,000. I was 23 years old and didn’t have chronic pain, it was a rare occasion due to a moving injury. I in no way needed a year long treatment plan that would cost me that much. After I repeatedly declined to sign the agreement, I was told I needed to take my health more seriously *insert eye roll here* and I was going to regret this decision. I loved Northern Lights achiropractic because I went in a goal and the staff helped me accomplish it.

Did not delve into my case far enough to find the real problem, instead kept trying to sell the $1500 forward head posture fix.

Awful! We went for our appointment time. Waited in one room, to be shifted to another, no big deal, only to be shifted to another room with cold, uncomfortable metal chairs. Waited, waited, waited. Finally someone comes, you are still waiting? Yup. Ok should be someone soon. Waited, waited, waited, and another person. You guys are still waiting? Yup. And this happened a few times. Over an hour after being put in room with metal chairs we had now had 4 different people come in the room, but not once made it to see the doctor. We walked out and 15 minutes after we left we got a phone call asking us to turn around. Really? To sit in a cold metal chair for another hour, no thanks. To bad because I really believe in chiropractic services.

Decent place I assume but when you win a prize you don’t think it would have a 3 day expiration date. Too pushy
