I read the reviews and thought I would have a different experience and I didn’t, Dianna needs to retire.

The customer service was very unprofessional and no organization in her style of knowing what I needed as client, I don’t recommend this company.

Dianna was my agent when I purchased my home.She is completely untrustworthy and unprofessional .Initially things were ok.When we purchased the previous owner want to stay there for one more month to complete school year and we also agreed as we were moving from california.However while they move out they removed wall fixtures and curtain rod brackets leaving hole on the wall.When we spoke to Dianna she said she will ask to repair.Unfortunately ,it seems they tried to repair themself without professional help leading to more damage on wall as well as not used matching paint created ugly look on every wall on that house.As she was not able to keep up the promise we informed Dianna that we will have our contractor repair it and pay the amount for repair.She spoke to seller’s agent and informed that seller is refused to pay as the transaction is over.As it was agent’s responsibility to...

Dianna is a highly unprofessional and untrustworthy realtor and we are still paying for her inability to do her job properly. She sold us a house that we wanted to stay in temporarily and wanted to rent later. Within a month of moving in, we found out that the HOA there had a strict anti-renting rule. Whereas, she sold it to us saying that there is no issue in renting this property and you can rent it within days. We are also planning to file a complaint against her to Georgia Consumer Protection Division, so she doesn't scam other people like this to make a quick commission.
