Noriko's has been consistent and generally punctual in the arrival time scheduled. They have been willing to work with our schedule when we give plenty of advance notice. We appreciate thorough cleaning. For a couple of years we enjoyed the same cleaner, though recently Noriko's has sent different cleaners each month, including some new "trainees." They have all cleaned well. Some take a little longer than others, but that's okay. We recommend Noriko's highly.

The cleaning this last time was almost the best with one yet, with one exception. My husband had instructed the cleaners to skip vacuuming the basement level but to clean the bathroom on that level. The cleaners did as instructed, but the backing on one of the bathroom rugs was flaking off and when it was left on the carpet while the bathroom was being cleaned, it left pieces of rubber backing on the carpet that I needed to vacuum up after they left. It would've been fine to tell my husband that they needed to vacuum after all, in order to clean up the debris caused by the rug. Otherwise, they did an excellent job.

Sorry, as far as I could tell the cleaning was good. I left town that Friday and the next week we had some of our carpets pulled up and replaced with hardwood. So when he got home it was dusty everywhere from the sanding. I enjoyed meeting the woman who cleaned in October - she asked where I wanted to focus the cleaning and it was clear she had looked at the notes before she came to clean.
