I was looking for a place closer to where I lived to get BOTOX injections. I found nob hill based on the ratings. I went in providing the very specific amount I had gotten in the past. They acted like they listened and then as the weeks passed it wasn’t setting like my past treatments from my dermo. I called to confirm that they put Botox in and the amount, and they said no it wasn’t Botox it was dysport. I was shocked. They did not even tell me that they were putting another brand in me or ask if it was ok. Very unprofessional. When I went in to discuss this and get it fixed they tried to convince me how my before and after pictures looked good and asked why I wasn’t satisfied. Long story short it was not ok that I asked for Botox and they put something else in my face. Will not be going back
