I am so thrilled and shocked by my results. I first saw results after 3 weeks, then gradually now more and more. I’ve maintained it since then and felt more secure in myself and inspired to be more fit afterward too. I recommend this 100% as someone who rolls their eyes at most things. This works and it lasts.
