My recent experience was definitely not the best. I have had multiple Botox injections before but this is the only time I was left with a bruise between eyebrows for several days. I will not go back if it’s the same nurse.

Wonderful staff - everyone is knowledgeable, professional, warm, and responsive. My nurse aesthetician thanked me for advocating for myself when I pulled back the services I was receiving (I’m fairly conservative about cosmetic procedures), and I want to thank her for creating a healthy dialogue about what I was comfortable with and what options she recommended. Everything about this business is excellent, from the reception/booking staff to the clinicians… even the mobile apps and admin tools are very well executed. The supervising doctor is also very knowledgeable and efficient (he’s not much of a talker, but the advanced medical professionals on his team fill in the gaps when I need to talk through a decision to get comfortable). Like all medical spas, there are always new treatments being offered (there is a bizarre looking new kegel machine, for instance!) and the pricing options...
