I lost an unusual amount of water in my below ground pool during the winter which continued after opening......I called Bob the Diver and someone actually answered the phone....after a few minutes of questions regarding what was going on we set up an appointment......Joey texted me when they were on their way and arrived on time......Peter who was the diver asked me some questions and then put his suit on and jumped in.....He spent about an hour in the pool and along with Joey's aid patched many holes in the liner.........its several days later and the pool has not lost any water.......I was extremely pleased with the company and the two young men who performed the service ....Professional and friendly.......Price includes diver and repair....I would definitely recommend.....
