We had a fantastic experience with Bob The Diver as everyone else here seems to echo as well. They showed up right on time, communication was great, and he found the leak within 5 minutes of being in the pool. Patched it up, and spent another 10 minutes checking over every other square inch of the pool. Not only did they fix the problem, but they were extremely nice and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and even provided realistic recommendations for the lifespan of the liner, and what we should expect whenever we do change it. Would recommend 10/10

Two crew members arrived and did a thorough examination and fixed liner as there were 2 leaks. Very polite and courteous. They took underwater pictures of the larger leak. I trust this company. I didn't know where the leak was. If it had been a leak in the main drain, skimmer boxes , lights, or steps they explained they would in fact be able to epoxy and fix the leak but luckily it was only a tear in vinyl and they also found another pinhole sized leak and patched it. The price is all inclusive...one flat fee. Be careful hiring because some leak people won't go the extra step and if they can't fix it (and can only patch the liner) you wasted money.

We have used Bob the Diver for the past 2 years in a row. They are extremely professional and excellent at what they do. I was amazed how they were able to find the source(s) of water loss in my liner. Couldn't ask for a better experience and highly recommended.

Prompt and courteous service. Leak was detected very quickly and fixed with epoxy. Diver and crew were very knowledagble and explained the issue with the leak as well as future options for a more permanent repair. Flat fee for discovery and service. Very satisfied customer.
