They went above and beyond for us! Delivery drivers were swamped and they made sure I still got my couch on my scheduled day! A the sales man ended up after hours delivering my couch to me just to make sure I was a satisfied customer! They went a jibe and beyond!

This is my second purchase from Nick's. I really like their selections and the whole staff is wonderful. Aman, Linda, and the rest of the crew after terrific.

Me and my husband went to several stores in the area looking for a new mattress and came back here. Every single employee greeted us very friendly and even called other stores in front of us to see if they had what we needed so we do not have to wait for delivery. Unfortunately they didn’t Have it immediately and we had to place an order. but I am very pleased with the customer service
