We bought furniture at Nicks over 2 years ago and the experience was smooth and easy! Furniture was delivered and assembled with no issues. Fast forward to now and we are moving into a new home. During the moving process we lost one of the parts to the bed frame to put it back together. I couldn’t find this part available anywhere that didn’t have over a 2 week shipping timeframe. I called up Nicks and let them know what happened and they put aside the part I needed, no questions asked. I picked it up that same day and they even threw in extra nails to put it together.
