Nice Maids cleaning staff are very detail oriented. They provide individualized cleaning plans and are extremely detail oriented. They are always on time, efficient, kind and thoughtful. Cleaning is quick, thorough and… almost magical! They are very respectful of property and take a lot of care when cleaning around delicate items, etc. The house always looks and feels great after they have cleaned it! The office staff is also wonderful - they answer inquiries and respond to comments promptly. They communicate clearly and send reminders for service dates, which is extremely helpful. I’m extremely pleased with this company and the services provided! Try it, Nice Maids will not disappoint!

I called to obtain a quote and schedule a move in clean after a poor experience with a different company that left me stranded. We were on a tight timeline and we called pretty last minute. Ingrid helped me out and was so sweet and professional. She spoke with her manager and replied with answers to my questions with text. The price was right but the timeline just was not going to work with our needs. We needed same day or next day (Friday or Saturday) but she would have been able to accommodate us on Tuesday- which was still so soon! While we didn’t end up going with a nice maids solely because of our tight timeline, their customer service and pricing was top tier!!
