Next Level Mobility Lift

My parents planned to have the lift installed in their enclosed sundeck this November. However, the installation was delay due to the drain tiles replacement project ran much longer than we expected. However, Ross at Next Mobility Lift was nothing but patient and accommodating. We also had quite a few modifications required to fit the needs for my parents. Ross took the time to work out all our requests. He also coordinated with our carpenter and drainage contractors. He provided us a refurbished lift that looked brand new. We are impressed with Ross attention to detail. He made sure that all the parts and components are in top working condition. He is very pleasant, efficient and professional. We are extremely happy with the installation and it is exactly what we envisioned.

My Dad was hesitant to have lifts put in but after I brought Ross into have a consultation meeting he was much more at easy with the installation process. Ross was very knowledgeable and had a way of explaining exactly what he would be doing to add 3 separate lifts in his home. My wife ( a nurse ) and myself have been at Dad for quite some time to get this done. Ross convinced him at our consultation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ross!! Dad turns 90 this month and has lost the strength he once had in his legs. Ross had all 3 lifts built in 1 day. Dad couldn’t be happier and loves showing them off to everyone.

Our experience with next level mobility has always been positive. Ross installed a stairlift for us and it is just what my husband needed. We love our new mobility lift, my husband could no longer do the stairs, had to go up and down on his rump. Ross offered us the best price to say nothing of fast service. Within a week and done in half a day. Came back to check it out and followed that with a phone call. I would highly recommend him. My husband says its 100 percent easier for him.

Ross delivered as promised, installation was timely and efficient. Saved at least 50% by installing a used lift, and it looks and runs like new. Prices are reasonable and team Ross, and son are incredible. Love my new lift.
