My parents planned to have the lift installed in their enclosed sundeck this November. However, the installation was delay due to the drain tiles replacement project ran much longer than we expected. However, Ross at Next Mobility Lift was nothing but patient and accommodating. We also had quite a few modifications required to fit the needs for my parents. Ross took the time to work out all our requests. He also coordinated with our carpenter and drainage contractors. He provided us a refurbished lift that looked brand new. We are impressed with Ross attention to detail. He made sure that all the parts and components are in top working condition. He is very pleasant, efficient and professional. My Dad was hesitant to have lifts put in but after I brought Ross into have a consultation meeting he was much more at easy with the installation process. Ross was very knowledgeable and had a way of explaining exactly what he would be doing to add 3 separate lifts in his home. My wife ( a nurse ) and myself have been at Dad for quite some time to get this done. Ross convinced him at our consultation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ross!!
