Next Level Mobility Lift

My husband was in need of an efficient way to get up and down the stairs in our two story home due to an injury.

Ross had the perfect Bruno rail/chairlift system that had been refurbished. He was easy to get in touch with and made the trip to Mission within a week where he custom fit it along the stairs in our home.

Ross worked very hard to get all this custom work completed on the same day and his work was perfect. He’s a very good communicator and sure knows this specialty type of work being a true professional.

We enjoyed having him join us for lunch and will welcome him back for any servicing if needed.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of mobility equipment.

I am very pleased with my stair lift and the fact that it is recycled pleases me even more. Ross took the time and explained things in each step of the process. He was patient while I deliberated and was always helpful. He phoned before he came to install the lift and was very accurate with his estimate of how long the job would take. His installation was neat and professional. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up very well when he was finished.

Even though it was during the week between Xmas and New Year's, Ross came and installed the stair lift neatly and efficiently as promised . All the more impressive because, unfortunately for him, my house is located high above the street and he had to endure several trips up many stairs carrying heavy loads before even starting the installation.
