The service is reliable, professional and the cleaning team is punctual. I have a fairly clean house but they make it sparkle and get to clean and wipe areas that I would have missed. The girls are also pleasant and polite.

The two cleaners were punctual and professional. They got right to work and did an amazing job, the house was spotless. We were very impressed with how thorough they were, the house smelled and looked amazing. We were also impressed how they knew to not use strong suction vacuums on some rugs and not to drench our hardwoods with water when mopping. We love our furniture, and they took care of it while cleaning. We will be setting up a reoccurring service!

Sammy and Omar were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive over email, text, and phone. They came out the next day to do a Covid disinfection of my entire house on short notice, and I'm very appreciative of their work.

Cleaning professionals were lovely. They asked me if I paid for one or two hours on arrival, and I stated that I had not paid yet and would pay for the amount of time it took, as I was provided an hourly rate. They arrived on-time and started right away. An hour and a half later, they were done. I proceeded to write a check for an hour and a half, verifying with the cleaning lady, and she said, "I don't know - whatever you agreed on." ...called her boss, and handed me the phone. At this time, he tells me there's a two hour minimum. He says he told me this on the phone before, which he didn't. Then, he tells me it's their policy, which it obviously isn't if your maid asked me if I paid for one or two hours. Then, he tells me it was stated at the bottom of the email. And I said, "Ok, if it was stated at the bottom of the email, I don't have a problem paying,...
