I never thought I’d hire a cleaning service. I’ve hired Next Day twice and I cannot believe how incredible they are. After a stressful day at work, I came home to a beautiful and clean home. I will be using them monthly. SO WORTH IT!

I am very unhappy with Next Day, and especially Omar. I recently moved to a new house and asked them to continue providing the same level of cleaning service that they provided at my former home. The homes are the same size and Omar called me to say that they would have to double the price! Not increase it by 10 or 20%, but instead raise it by 100%! I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and didn't expect to be treated this way. There are other cleaning services available in the DMV area and I strongly recommend that you use another company.

Great company - Great People - I highly recommend them

The two ladies that came into clean my home did a great job. The only complaint I have is that they thought I didn't understand Spanish and kept babbling rudely about how I'm asking them to do more work. I hired them for 2hrs and intended to use those 2hrs usefully. They wanted to leave earlier than 2hrs I guess. So please know most people these days understand Spanish very well even though we don't look like we do. So please be careful when you speak.

Horrible customer service, poorly managed, and don’t do what the say!

Thoroughly impressed. I called last minute on a Saturday in hopes of finding a company who could do a thorough clean on my house in advance of family coming home. They made the schedule work and two of their team arrived within an hour and did a fantastic job! I will certainly call again next time I need house cleaning services.

Next Day is the best cleaning service I have ever tried. The crews are pretty professional and always on time. Customer service is great too!!!
