This is a difficult review to write. The ladies who cleaned were punctual, efficient, and thorough in their work. We had our home cleaned on a bi-monthly basis for three years. When we moved to our new home, we wanted to continue the service. Unfortunately, the men who came to deep clean our carpets and tile floors caused so much damage to the home, that we are still dealing with repairing the tiles and cabinet baseboards 7 months later. Because of the confrontational and unpleasant way the move-in cleaning was handled, and the fact that they still charged us over a thousand dollars for it, we felt we had to terminate our service contract with the company. I was so disappointed in the way things were handled at the management level; it just seemed like our three year relationship was not valued at all. Next Day Cleaning service is a company you should look into. The team that comes out to my house is always on time and very pleasant to work with. The team does a fantastic job of cleaning. They always clean the little extra things that you would not expect the cleaners to do such as shutters, vacuum under the couch seat cushions. When I have had to change my cleaning day there has never been a problem. I recommend this company!
