This place charged my card $300 after they said it took 4 hours to clean a house that was already moved out of and empty. The sad part is before I lost my job I used them as the weekly cleanings because I lost my job and cancelled I called them because I knew them. I checked my card and the charged me over $100 more than the quotes I got from other places. So yes they will tell you their hourly rate is lower and it is but the problem is they’ll take twice the amount of time so they can charge you more. My best advice use the other places literally at the very least you will save yourself some money. Not to mention when I called to complain because I got that amount charged(while I was thinking I had saved my money) my landlord told me that it wasn’t completely cleaned which cost me even more and they told me there was nothing they could do about it.
