As first-time homeowners, we were very disappointed in the overall experience with NewHomesProgram. We felt more could've been done to assist us during and after the process but just felt USED since we basically found our own home. Jay was knowledgeable about the process and did show us a few homes in different subdivisions. We never heard anything else from anyone else, until we closed on our home. When we did bring this up in the end with Manu he was defensive and didn't really care about our situation which was communicated from the beginning. There is a lot more to be said, but we wish them all the very best and won't be using or referring them in the near future.

Highly recommend using NewHomeProgram for purchasing a home, or trying to sell. Seminar was very informative, all questions were answered. So happy I attended and met an outstanding realtor to get started with. Thank you.
