Am actually writing this review about my God sent Angel who came to my rescue when i have already given up the idea of buying a home because of the frustrations from other agents.
Mr Shawn Coley, who i now called my brother got me a new home, exactly the type of home and the location which i will ever cherished.
Shawn made me realized that home buying was not as difficult as i had experienced.
Very knowledgeable in this area, alway there at anytime and has a way of getting it done without bothering you.
All he said was, just give me a chance to help you and you will be fine.
That’s just it, am fine, happy with my family in my new home.
If you want it quick without frustrations, Shawn Coley is there for you.

My family and I attended NewHomes seminar on 01/08/2023 presented by CORY. We had an amazing experience, alarmed with facts, knowledge and experience. Don't waste your time elsewhere, CORY AND MILLY are the TRUTH!!!

The New Home Program seminar was great. Cory answered every question that we had and explained with examples. He even shared his own home buying story. This made me know that he understood what I was going through.

I honestly do not think five stars is enough to give everyone involved in my real estate transaction. Fifty stars would come closer to accuracy. I was referred to Milly and New Home Programs from a friend who used her previously in 2014 to purchase a home. (The same friend has also referred Milly to every single coworker I have who has bought a home in the last 8 years as well. Not a single one of us has been disappointed.) Having been on the other side of real estate transactions (creating all of the documents, assisting with closings, calming nerves), I have to say it has been the smoothest transaction involving a lender I have ever seen in 14 years at least from the Buyer’s side. While it took some time to locate the home (because I am picky), from contract to close everyone hustled. That is not to say my transaction didn’t have some moments, but those moments were easily taken...

This was a very helpful, beneficial experience. I left the seminar with a lot of knowledge about the home buying process and I now feel more confident going into the process of purchasing a home.

I learned a lot attending
the seminar. It' was good to get the knowledge of things we should know when buying a home that people don't tell you.
