when i first walked in i was impressed with the entire layout of the office - just gorgeous - the receptionist was wonderful - my procedure went amazingly well - the dr was wonderful - totally painless for the most part - i have had botox treatments in other places - they did not come up to the same level as this time. the dr was friendly, informative and so so gentle!
