I have been going to them for many years to be screened for possible skin cancer. Stan found a melanoma on my left cheek that I thought was just a brown age spot. He did a biopsy, and it turned out to be melanoma. I had it taken care of and am so glad he found it and insisted on the biopsy. He probably saved my life!! I continue to get checked every 6 months. I was having leg problems with very sore, heavy also various veins. I made an appointment with skin and veins and after my consultation with Doctor Donahue we found that I had a blood vessel in my left leg that was not pumping the blood back to my heart like it was supposed to. I went back in and the staff and doc Donahue were great I was nervous about my procedure but the staff took great care of me. Now a month later I no longer have the pain and my legs feel great. I was experiencing leg pain periodically for the last 4 months, and monitoring a varicose vein that I noticed in my calf. I had a friend of mine use NYS Skin and Vein Center and said it was a great experience. I filled out the consultation form online and was contacted right away and was able to get in for an ultrasound very quickly. The ultrasound was extremely thorough, Ashley the technician explaining everything so that I knew what was going on. I qualified for vein treatment and was approved and scheduled the following week. The procedures were quick and painless and the staff were extremely nice and helpful with any questions I had. I went to Lisa to get lip fillers. Lisa is AMAZING she made me feel super comfortable as I was very nervous about getting them done and wanting to make sure they would look subtle. She made me feel super comfortable and ensured I could consult with her about it as much as I needed before getting them done. Lisa described everything and was very thorough and made sure I knew how to care for them after. The entire atmosphere of the building was very clean and nice.
