I'm very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Dohner and his staff. Both facilities where I had treatment, Norwich and Oneonta, were very professional and thorough with the procedures I had. Everyone was very friendly, and I appreciated the fact that my treatments were explained to me..all my questions have been answered. The telephone calls from your office, following each surgery, were very appreciated and comforting as I was healing. The technicians and nurses are very helpful in calming me during the procedures. Dr. Dohners' booklet, as well as written instructions were very informative, as well.

I have been getting a tattoo removed and the staff are so friendly, accommodating, and a pleasant to visit.
