First, let me say that Chloe gives a thorough exam, probably the best skin exam I've had so far. Now on to my screaming complaint. They called to remind me of my appointment and mumbled something on the answering machine (yes, an old fashioned phone) about it being at something something Pennsylvania Ave, but nothing about having changed location. I though maybe that little Vestalroad it was on was called PA ave or something. No one sent me in the mail a notice that their office had been changed. I didn't opt for cell notices since I only use my cell when out of the house and may not look at it for days. Doctor offices should MAIL notices to patients when they change locations, especially elderly ones like me. So I arrive at their old office in Vestal a bit early as requested only to find the door locked and a sign saying "Closed on Monday" with the hours on other days.... Read more >

I have been going to Schweiger in different areas of NY, upstate versus downstate, as I move. It had always been a pleasant experience. I have found all staff to be friendly and accommodating.
