This is my first time going to a skin doctor and when I called up the office I spoke with a lady named Jennifer and she was very helpful and walked me through all the steps and even followed up with me to make sure everything was going well and offered an earlier appointment if needed unlike some other skin doctors that couldn't get you in for months and it seemed like you were just a number.
