EVERY ONE makes you feel welcome and comfortable before, during and after every visit; no matter the reason you’re there. I do NOT do well with surgical procedures of any sort, and they made the experience very comfortable. They were very transparent on the process and what to expect. I am very pleased with the help I got from New York Skin & Vein. I had an ulcer on my right ankle for 3 years and No one could help me. I spent 4 hours in the emergency room while they brought me one doctor after another . Finally I had a doctor come to look at my ankle and he knew what it was. It seems that most doctors do not know about the problems you can have in the veins in your legs. I was told to make an appointment right away with N.Y. Skin & Vein. I did and the people at this office were WONDERFUL . I was so relieved to have someone actually recognize what my problem was. I have already had my right leg fixed and it is doing great. The ulcer is totally gone.. I just had my left leg done and it is a success. The procedure is done when you are wide awake. The entire staff is super kind and welcoming from the second you walk in! I just went in to have a mole looked at and they walked me through what removing it would be like if I decided to do that. After having it looked at I decided to have it removed and it was done painlessly in just a minute. Any concern I had was addressed and everyone there was absolutely amazing! Read more >
