All of the staff are professional, caring & answer any questions you have. I am in process of having varicose vein laser surgery & I am very happy with Dr. Dohner & his staff. Let me first say, I had a consult back in 2019 at the Binghamton NYS and VC. However, due to various reasons, I put my treatment on hold. The consult then, was completely professional and obviously left a good impression. Now, fast forward to March 9, 2021. I called the office expecting to be put on hold, or at best listen, to this on-going message of how my call would be answered in the order it was received. Well, surprisingly, that didn’t happen. Rather, this pleasant voice on the other end said. Hello, this is Danielle, how can I help! I found Danielle, the Medical Secretary to be very professional, knowledgeable and a personality that completely put me at ease. I’m looking forward to meeting Danielle, and the entire staff tomorrow. Thank you Danielle, for being that voice of kindness and professionalism. Look forward to meeting you all.
